The Lancing College 10K race route follows two laps of a 5k loop, split between tarmac and grass trails.
Information on ground conditions will be confirmed in the week prior to the race to assist with footwear selection.
Regarding elevation, the route includes both inclines, and long downhill sections. Providing the ground conditions are firm on race day, the route should prove relatively fast for those looking to achieve personal bests.
